There are three types of loans available, such as loans, advances and provident funds. Then add the description.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select\u00a0<strong>the loan\u00a0<\/strong>of the loan type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Loan Recovery Method:\u00a0<\/strong>Select the method of payment recovery, whether to deduct from per month\u2019s salary or by cash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment Installment Amount:\u00a0<\/strong>Select the instalment method in which you want to deduct the loan from the employee\u2019s salary, whether it&#8217;s a fixed amount or a percentage<strong> of the basic salary.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add Loan Taken Date &amp; Payment Start Date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the<strong>\u00a0Loan Amount.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enter deduction value:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0If the deduction is in percentage (%), enter the percentage value in the \u201c<strong>Deduction <\/strong>Field&#8221;. You have two alternatives here if you choose the<strong>&nbsp;provident fund.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Temporary<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have given any temporary PF loans, it can manage the loans that you have provided for your employee, and you can deduct repayments from the employee\u2019s salaries each month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Permanent<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>An employee who takes out a permanent PF loan does not pay it back in monthly instalments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After saving, the request will show on the approver&#8217;s dashboard in\u00a0<strong>Pending <\/strong>tasks.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By clicking on the pending button, the approver can\u00a0accept or reject\u00a0the request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Table of Contents How to Create a Loan?
