- Go to Requests > Leave Request > All Request\/My Request > New Request<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

- Go to Request => Attendance Regulation Request => All Request\/My Request => New Request<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

- Upload document:<\/strong> containing relevant expenses such as a deposit slip, a bill, or a form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Expense Category:<\/strong>\u00a0 Secondly, under the setting section, choose the expense category that you defined in Expense category in Request section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Employee name:<\/strong>\u00a0 In the employee\u2019s name field, write the name of the employee who wants to take any expense.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Total amount:<\/strong>\u00a0 Mention the whole amount of the expense in this field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Date:<\/strong> Have included the date that expense was issued in the date section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Draft:<\/strong> Click on Draft button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

How Does an ESS User Add a Loan Request?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
To add Loan Request from ESS accounts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Go to Request => Loan Request => All Request\/My Request => New Request<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

- All Request: If you want to see your team requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- My Request: If you want to see your requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Loan Type: <\/strong>\u00a0Select the loan type whether it is loan, advance or Provident Fund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Loan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
- \n
- Your name<\/strong> be default will be show in employee field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select loan<\/strong> of loan type.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Enter the loan amount.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Enter loan taken date.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Then add the description.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- \n
- Enter deduction value:<\/strong>\u00a0 If the deduction is in Percentage (%), enter the percentage value in the \u201cDeduction Field\u201d Alternatively, if you selected a fixed amount in the \u201cPayment Instalment Amount\u201d section above, enter that amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Loan Recovery Method<\/strong>: Select the method of payment recovery whether to deduct from per month\u2019s salary or by cash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Payment Instalment Amount:<\/strong> Select the instalment method in which you want to deduct the loan from the employee\u2019s salary whether \u2018Fixed Amount\u2019 or \u2018Percentage\u2019 of Basic Salary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Add payment start date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Advance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
- \n
- Apply in the same way as a loan, but this time chooses to advance for an advance loan type.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- \n
- If we have any Advances, you can integrate them with payroll so that your Advance is deducted straight from your salary account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Provident Fund<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
The method is the same as when applying for a loan or advance. You have two alternatives here if you choose the provident fund.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Temporary<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
If you have given any Temporary PF loan it can manage the loans that you have provided for your employee and you can deduct repayments from the employee\u2019s salaries each month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Permanent<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
An employee who takes out a permanent PF loan does not pay it back in monthly instillments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- By click on pending button approver can Accept<\/strong> the Reject<\/strong> the request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
